Dr. Ashish Katewa is a prominent Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgeon with a career spanning over 14 years in the field.

His educational background encompasses an MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, an MS in  General Surgery from King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, an MCh in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery from King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery from Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Australia.

His area of specialization lies in treating Neonatal Cardiac Surgery, Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, Adult Congenital Heart Surgery, Root Translocations, Pediatric Arrhythmia Surgery, and Surgical management for Dilated Cardiomyopathy.

Dr. Ashish Katewa has authored 27 publications in peer-reviewed journals, serves as an Editorial Board member for the Annals of Pediatric Cardiology, and acts as a reviewer for the World Journal of Pediatric & Congenital Heart Surgery.

He has performed over 6000 pediatric cardiac surgeries across the entire spectrum of the disease. He has mentored pediatric cardiac programs in Cambodia and Nigeria and has led multiple humanitarian pediatric cardiac missions in India and overseas. 

He is an active member of the Society of Paediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery, the Paediatric Cardiac Society of India, and the Indian Association of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons.
