Dr. Mittal's surgical skills span the entire continuum of otorhinolaryngology, performing more than 800 surgeries yearly.

His areas of interest are minimal access endoscopic sinus surgery, balloon sinuplasty, and endoscopic adenoidectomy, he also performs sleep surgeries, thyroidectomies, and laryngectomies on adults as well as pediatric patients with cochlear implants or allergy-related airway diseases such as asthma (allergies to dust mites), rhinitis (hay fever).
