Dr. (Col) Joy Dev Mukherji is an eminent Neurologist with an experience of more than 37 years in the field.

His educational background includes an MBBS from Sambalpur University, Odisha, an MD in General Medicine from Bangalore University, Bangalore, and a DM in Neurology from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh.

His area of expertise lies in treating Stroke Treatment, Movement Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Headache Management, Evaluation and Management of Strokes, Skull Base Surgery, and Deep Brain Stimulation.

He has many international and national publications to his credit. The Government of India has invited him as an expert in Multiple Sclerosis management. He underwent specific training in Switzerland for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.

Dr. Joy Dev Mukherji has numerous research projects under AFMRC.

He was honored with the Chief of Army Staff's Commendation Medal. He received the GOC-in-C (Western Command) Commendation Medal twice and was also recognized with the Best Scientific Paper award.
