His educational qualifications include an MBBS from BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, an MS in General Surgery from Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Gujarat, an MCh in Surgical Oncology from Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Gujarat, and a Fellowship from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, USA.

His area of expertise lies in Head & Neck Cancer Surgery, Microvascular Surgery, Rhinoplasty, Vascular Malformations, Thyroid and Parotid Surgery, and Facial Paralysis Surgery.

He handles approximately 2,400 cases annually.
