Dr. Nymphaea Walecha, a graduate of PGIMS in Rohtak, Haryana, worked as an Assistant Professor in obs & gynaecology before leaving to study infertility management and assisted reproductive techniques with Dr. Sadhana Desai at Fertility Clinic Mumbai. Dr. Desai is responsible for the birth of India's second baby conceived through in vitro fertilisation. After that, in 2009, she completed a fellowship in reproductive medicine and endoscopy in Germany, and in 2011, she attended the Advanced Reproductive Care course at Assuta Hospital in Tel Aviv, Israel. Her areas of expertise include hysteroscopic and laparoscopic diagnosis and repair and assisted reproductive technology.
