His educational background includes an MBBS from Sriram Chandra Bhanj Medical College, Cuttack, an MD in General Medicine from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, a Fellowship in Rheumatology from Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, and a Graduate Certificate in Paediatric Rheumatology from the University of Western Australia.

His area of expertise includes Lupus, Osteoarthritis Treatment, Gout Treatment, Scleroderma Treatment, Myositis, Vasculitis Treatment, Sarcoidosis, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Ankylosing Spondylitis Treatment.
