MBBS from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
MS from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
Fellowship of The Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS).
Fellowship from The Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Centre, New York.

Professional Experience

She worked in the UK for 6 years, where she obtained an FRCS degree.
She was an Assistant Professor of Surgery at AIIMS from January 1975 to December 1982.
She was an Associate Professor of Surgery at AIMMS from Jan 1983 till 1986.
She received a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Centre Newyork from 1979 to 1980
She was Head of surgical oncology at Mafrao Hospital in the Ministry of Health, Abu Dhabi UAE ( helped in starting a cancer center in UAE)
She was the Founder member and initiated and started an Indian Society of Oncology (ISO) the only platform in India for Oncology Meetings.

Career Highlights
