Dr. Ramkumar K is a respected Surgical Gastroenterologist in India, renowned for his 25 years of experience. 

Dr. Ramkumar K completed his MBBS at Madras University, Chennai, India, in 1991, followed by an MS in General Surgery at The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (TNMGRMU) in 1995 and an MRCP (UK) from the Royal College Of Surgeon Of Edinburgh, UK in 1997.

Formerly, he worked as a specialist registered consultant in distinguished high-volume centers of excellence in the United Kingdom, where he received training in liver transplantation units.

Dr. Ramkumar’s special interest lies in Advanced laparoscopic minimally Invasive Surgery, Robotic Surgery Hepatitis Liver Disease, and Malabsorption Pancreatitis.

He is affiliated with a range of respected organizations, including the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology (IASG), The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK, the Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons of Great Britain, Ireland (ALS), and the European Association of Endoscopic Surgeons (EAES).

He received the Registrar's Prize for Best Oral Presentation in 2004, served as a UK Intercollegiate MRCS examiner, and held the role of a teaching faculty member for Minimal Access Surgery at the Apollo DNB program.
