Dr. Rita Bakshi is an internationally renowned fertility specialist and founder of the International Fertility Centre (IFC), one of India's leading assisted reproductive technology (ART) centers.

She graduated from Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi, in 1983 with a medical degree and received her master's in obstetrics and gynecology from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, in 1990.

Dr. Rita also has extensive training in fertility and women's health, and she holds a diploma in obstetrics and gynecology from St. Stephens Hospital in 1987.

Her areas of expertise include IVF, IUI, ICSI, surrogacy, recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis, and ovulatory disorders; she has successfully treated thousands of patients during her 25 years as a doctor.

Medical Qualification

She pursued an MBBS Degree from Lady Harding Medical College, the University of Delhi, in the year 1983.
MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi in 1990.
Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology from St. Stephens Hospital in 1987.

Professional Experience

Dr. Rita Bakshi has more than 25 years of experience in the fertility industry.
She has performed more than 6,000 cesarean sections and 3,000 hysterectomies, including non-descent hysterectomies, even in cases where the uterus was 16 weeks in size.
She has performed more than 1,000 in vitro fertilization procedures annually at all of the clinic's fertility centers and has maintained a success rate of over 45 percent.
