Dr. Rudra Prasad Acharya is an acclaimed orthopedic oncologist and bone cancer surgeon with a career spanning over 20 years in the field.

His educational qualification includes an MBBS from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, an MS in General Surgery from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur University, Orissa, and a Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from GEMS Hospital, Coimbatore.

He also completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology from King George's Medical College, Lucknow, a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology from The Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Gujarat, a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at St. George's Hospital, Australia, and a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at KMIO, Bangalore.

His area of specialization lies in treating Limb Salvage Surgery, Head and Neck Tumor / Cancer Surgery, Bone Marrow Transplant, Brachytherapy (Internal Radiation Therapy), Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Mucosal Resection, External Beam Radiation For Prostate Cancer and Lumpectomy.
