Dr. S. Bharti is one of the most renowned ophthalmologists with over 40 years of experience, and his hospital is also a certified LASIK training center, where many eye surgeons from across Asia-Pacific have been trained.

He is considered a pioneer in laser eye surgeries in India and started doing refractive surgeries in 1987, and was among the first to introduce LASIK surgery in India in 1995.

He also took part in a global LASIK study by Loma Linda University, USA.

During his studies, he was awarded the Best House Officer for his outstanding performance.

After that, he worked in the UK. with two renowned eye specialists, Dr. J. J. Kanski and Dr. R. Hitchings, before starting his private eye clinic.

Dr. Bharti has trained many eye surgeons in phacoemulsification and LASIK, and has shared his work in over 50 national and international eye conferences, such as those by the American Academy of Ophthalmology, ASCRS, and ESCRS.

He is regularly invited as a speaker and trainer for courses and live surgeries, and also helps test and review new technologies in eye surgery, like lasers, lenses, and surgical tools.

Additionally, Dr. Bharti is deeply involved in charitable work; he runs the Keshav Sagar Eye Research Foundation, which offers free eye care to the poor. He is also a part of the Rotary Club's "Gift of Sight" program, through which free cataract surgeries are performed. 

Dr. S Bharti was honored with a special award from Rotary for his service during its 100th-year celebration.
