He has performed more than 35,000 surgical procedures, including 10,000 angioplasties, and treated over 3,500 international patients with vascular diseases and complex heart conditions.

Dr. Bansal has provided exceptional care to over 200,000 patients with heart conditions.

He was one of the first cardiologists in India to implant a coated pacemaker in a patient allergic to titanium, the metal traditionally used for pacemakers. Due to this allergy, the pacemaker dislodged from the patient’s body three times until a coated device was introduced.
