Dr. Munjal earned his MBBS from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh and his MS in Ophthalmology from the prestigious University College of Medical Sciences & GTB Hospital in New Delhi.
He is a member of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society, the Indian Medical Association, and a lifetime member of the ESCRS (European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery), and SSI (Society of Surgeons in India) ( Squint Society of India).
Refractive Surgery, Corneal Surgery, Eye Muscle Surgery, Oculoplastic Surgery, Eyelid Surgery, Orbital Surgery, Anterior Segment Surgery, Eye Surgery, Vitreoretinal Surgery, LASIK Eye Surgery, and other procedures are among his specialties.
He was the first to begin LASIK eye surgery and ICL in Mauritius.
With little difficulties, he has performed over 25000 cataract procedures, 1000 Lasik surgeries, 1000 squint surgeries, and 1000 corneal transplants.
