A 1.5-kilogram preterm newborn with a complicated congenital cardiac condition was the youngest infant he had treated in a cath lab. He focuses on treating congenital cardiac problems in people of various ages.

He received his undergraduate degree from Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS in Rohtak and went on to complete his postgraduate studies at Pt. J.L. Nehru Medical College in Raipur.
