Dr. T S Bala Shanmugam is a renowned Surgical Gastroenterologist with a rich experience of more than 30 years in the field.

His educational qualifications include an MBBS from the University of Madras, Chennai, an MS in General Surgery from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, and a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery.

His area of expertise encompasses Minimal Access Surgery, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, Obesity Surgery, Minimally Invasive Esophagectomy, Endoscopic Surgery, Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery, and Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery.
