Dr. T. S. Kler is one of India’s leading cardiologists, bringing over 37 years of experience in the field.

He has successfully performed more than 35,000 coronary, carotid, renal, and peripheral angioplasties.

His expertise extends to advanced angioplasty techniques, cardiomyopathy, heart failure devices, and cardiac pacing.

Dr. Kler established India’s first electrophysiology department and was the first to implant CRT-P, CRT-D, and ICD devices in the country.

He also introduced His Bundle Pacing (HIS) in India, achieving the nation's first procedure on a 75-year-old patient, Gurvaid Kaur from Bathinda, marking a milestone in both India and the SAARC region.

Dr. Kler has trained over 300 doctors from India and abroad in electrophysiology and interventional cardiology.

Moreover, he has initiated RF ablation and cardiac device implantation programs across India and in neighboring countries, including Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
