Dr. Vinit Banga has extensive experience treating brain, spine, nerve, and muscle issues. He specializes in Vascular Neurology and Neurovascular Intervention, where issues with the vascular supply of the brain and spine are treated using minimally invasive techniques. After completing his Neurology training at IHBAS in Delhi, he moved on to seek a stroke fellowship at Australia's famed Royal Melbourne Hospital.

He then went on to complete fellowships in Neurointervention and Stroke, as well as Interventional Neuroradiology. He also earned an M.Sc. in Stroke Medicine from Donau University in Australia, where he also finished his thesis. He is the country's youngest and brightest Interventional Neurologist, and the only one to have completed two Neurointervention fellowships. He specializes in mechanical thrombectomy for stroke, aneurysm coiling, and embolization of brain and spine vascular abnormalities such as AVM/AV fistula/vascular tumors.
