Dr. Vivek Tandon is one of India's most respected Surgical Gastroenterologist, In New Delhi, at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, he earned his Master of Science in Clinical Medicine. He has a Master of Science degree as well.

Following graduation from medical school, he worked as a specialist in the Groote Schuur Hospital's Division of Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery.
