Dr. Yogesh Batra is a highly experienced Medical Gastroenterologist, specializing in medical gastroenterology and hepatology, with a career spanning over 20 years

He was an essential member of the group that first established MARS (Liver Dialysis), hepatology, especially hepatology related to transplants, Therapeutic Endoscopy, and Endoscopic ultrasonography are areas of particular interest.

Pancreatitis, both acute and chronic, liver diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, and gastrointestinal cancers have all been effectively treated.

Previous employment included stints at Batra Hospital, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

Presented with the Young Investigator Award at the Indian Society of Gastroenterology annual conference, as well as the Best Paper Award at the Plenary Session of the Indian Association for the Study of the Liver, which took place in Lucknow.

Member of many illustrious organizations, including the Indian Society of Gastroenterology, the Indian National Society for the Study of Life, and the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India, amongst others.

He has given several presentations at a variety of national and international fora, and he has also organized conferences and workshops, as well as participated as an invited faculty member in such events.

There are a number of research papers and articles that he has written that have been published in both national and international periodicals.
